Wahoo’s began in 1988 when the Lee brothers opened their first spot in Costa Mesa, California—right where surf and skate culture thrive. Inspired by their global upbringing—from China to Brazil to Baja—they created a bold, flavorful menu rooted in family, adventure, and heritage. In 2010, the Flandermeyer family brought Wahoo’s to Las Vegas, blending SoCal's laid-back vibe with the city’s vibrant gaming culture. Together with local partner Todd Parmelee, we serve up generous portions of globally inspired eats at great prices—all with the energy and soul of where we’ve been.
